AYLA Connects with Bar Leaders from Across Texas

This summer, members of the AYLA Board of Directors had the opportunity to attend the State Bar of Texas Bar Leaders Conference in Houston.

The annual two-day conference brings together leaders from the State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and local bar associations across the state to exchange ideas, build relationships, and learn from one another.

Learning and Connecting with Bar Leaders Across Texas

Throughout the conference, AYLA Board members participated in educational sessions focused on engaging with our members, programming, service to the community, leadership, and looking toward the future of our organization.

Just as valuable were the opportunities to connect with fellow bar leaders, share successful initiatives, and discuss common challenges facing organizations across Texas.

Bringing New Ideas Back to AYLA

AYLA is committed to bringing new ideas and best practices back to our members, and attending the Bar Leaders Conference is an important part of that effort.

We are grateful to the State Bar of Texas and Texas Young Lawyers Association for hosting such a valuable event and look forward to implementing what we learned throughout the coming year.
