In September, AYLA participated in a volunteer opportunity benefiting the Ronald McDonald House. Volunteers spent the day in the kitchen creating free meal boxes for people and their families. The Central Texas Ronald McDonald House is located walking distance from the Dell Children’s Medical Center and provides a home-away-from-home for families with children receiving medical care in Central Texas. Families stay close to their child and receive care while accessing private suites, home-cooked meals, and family-centered resources.
