Save the date for a retirement celebration for Judge Eric Shepperd of County Court at Law No. 2!
The Austin Bar will host the celebration at the Civil & Family Court Facility in the ceremonial courtroom at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9.
The celebration will also feature the unveiling of Judge Shepperd’s portrait to commemorate Judge Shepperd’s contributions to the bench.
Earlier this year, Judge Shepperd’s name was added to the Honorable Lora Livingston Fellowship Program. Judge Shepperd has been a constant advocate of this program, which seeks to connect law students with a wide range of opportunities through partnerships with local government and firms. The Austin Bar is proud to now call it the Honorable Lora Livingston and Eric Shepperd Fellowship Program.
Judge Shepperd has decided he wants his retirement celebration to also serve as a fundraising event for the Austin Bar Foundation. If you are interested in sponsoring the event, please click here.
