A Notification from Judge Amy Clark Meachum

Beginning Sept. 1, 2025, Civil and Family Court Administration will no longer be setting hearings and trials for cases filed in the 250th District Court. Per Judge Liu’s request, the 250th District Court will no longer be participating in Travis County’s centralized docketing system. Moving forward, unless the parties are otherwise notified, cases filed in the 250th District Court will be managed and adjudicated by the 250th District Court.

Attorneys and parties with upcoming settings should expect a transition period, which may include hearings and trials being reset.

For cases filed in the other 11 Civil and Family District Courts, you should continue to utilize Court Administration through their online system (Civil Calendaring Online) and (512) 854-2484 (Press Option ZERO) for your case setting needs.
