Both Case Donovan and John Garcia joined Cain & Skarnulis PLLC in early May.
Case joins the firm as a senior associate whose practice focuses on civil litigation and defending lawsuits involving commercial and tort-based claims in state and federal courts across Texas. He also represents clients with matters involving contract disputes, construction defects, and professional negligence.
John joins the firm as an associate. John represents clients in commercial litigation, medical malpractice, intellectual property, and claims for personal injury. He previously enjoyed practicing in the Dallas area. In Austin, John’s work will focus on insurance matters.
