At the 2025 Local Bar Leaders Conference, sponsored by the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association was awarded the Deborah G. Hankinson Access to Justice Award for Division III. This award honors local bar associations that demonstrate a commitment to access to justice in their communities and to raising financial support for legal service providers.
